I am currently deepening my knowledge of intuitive development and following a programme to become a specialist in rejection sensitivity. My experience in coaching and training<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I started my career as analytical and driven, always focused on doing things well for everyone. Although this brought me far, I eventually got stuck. Through coaching, I learned how to deal with stress, perfectionism and my HSP, which inspired me to become a coach myself.<\/p>\n

With a background in Commercial Economics and experience in banking and HR-IT consultancy, I learned a lot about business environments. Yet the human side has always fascinated me most. This led me to personal development and my first coaching programme in Body and Mind Language, a philosophy that shows how your attitude to life is reflected in your posture. Later, I completed a programme in holistic lifestyle coaching, where I learned about the connection between personal growth, stress, relaxation, nutrition and movement.<\/p>\n
