About Manja<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I am a positive, hands-on person who draws energy from both people and results. At Formorrow, I fulfil the roles of manager, coach and trainer, and I enjoy working with others on growth and development. At home in Houten, I enjoy life with my husband, our two children and our cat. I love cooking, spending time with others, a good glass of wine, reading and walking. My experience in coaching and training<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]After completing my master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and gaining several years of experience in IT recruitment and selection, I further developed myself as a coach and trainer. I completed a postgraduate master’s programme in Essence Development, which focuses on unlocking the potential of individuals, teams and organisations.
