My experience in coaching and training<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I have a colourful background in both education and work. I grew up in the Bijlmer, attended a Waldorf school and gained experience as a top-level athlete before later choosing a master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology. There, I specialised in HR, organisational development and personnel selection. My career started in HR and recruitment & selection, where, as an assessment psychologist, I helped hundreds of people with their careers and personal development. To keep developing myself, I completed two coaching programmes, including a specialisation in career coaching.<\/p>\n

In addition to being a coach, I have been a manager, co-owner of a startup and now work as a freelancer.
