About Dieuwertje
I am energetic, cheerful and love being around people. I am a true city person and live in Amsterdam with my family. I enjoy going to the theatre, cafés and restaurants, creative activities such as painting and dancing, and I always have a book (or three) on the go. I prefer to spend a lot of time outdoors: walking, exercising, sitting on terraces, as long as it is outside. I like a hands-on mentality.
At Formorrow, I work as Academy Coordinator, trainer and coach. It is a wonderful place where a personal approach and quality align well with my own values.
What makes me unique as a coach
As a coach, I stand on the sidelines; you are and always remain in control. I enjoy encouraging you and I give compliments easily. At the same time, I think it is important that things are brought to the table, and I do not shy away from challenging you when I believe it is needed. I am empathetic, listen calmly, and work with you to identify which topic or goal is most relevant for you at that moment. I like using methods that give you practical tools you can easily apply to develop yourself.

My experience in coaching and training
I studied Applied Psychology and graduated as a Work and Organizational Psychologist. During my internships, I gained a great deal of coaching experience at the Kindertelefoon and PPCA (Penitentiary Psychiatric Centre Amsterdam). Driven by my passion for coaching and training, I completed additional training in Transactional Analysis. Several times a week, I work as a trainer with the groups following our Academy. I also develop our training programs myself, creating a valuable connection between my role as a coach and trainer and our talents.

The coaching process is fully tailored to your growth and goals. Together with your coach, you look not only at the challenges you encounter in your work, but also at the role you want to take on and how you can continue to develop. You will also follow personal development training with your Academy group. Did something from the training make you think? Your coach helps you take the next step.

Coaching has a major impact. It not only helps you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals, but also helps you understand yourself better and accelerate your growth. You gain the tools and insights to stand more firmly in your strengths and give your career the right direction.
