In our conversations, you become more aware of your unique style, thought patterns and behaviour. You will see your qualities more clearly and understand where your pitfalls lie. My experience in coaching and training
My background lies in developing teams and individuals, as a coach, trainer, interim manager and process facilitator. I have 30 years of experience in leadership roles within national and international IT organisations, in both profit and non-profit environments. Within the Formorrow Academy, I combine coaching with delivering training sessions, such as Take Off, Collaboration-MBTI© (for Dutch groups) and Challenge Day.
