About Hans
People around me describe me as calm, interested, friendly, enthusiastic and solution-oriented. Outside work, I play double bass in two bands, help out on a farm, and enjoy walking and cycling. I have been a fan of Australia all my life: its unique wildlife, relaxed lifestyle and, above all, the philosophy of no worries!. My personal mission is to help people make life simpler. I want to guide them in discovering what truly matters to them.

My experience in coaching and training
I have 25 years of experience in IT, where, as a manager, I particularly enjoyed discovering the talents and interests within my team. With a background in computer science and finance, and a fascination for behavioural economics, I combine my knowledge and experience as a coach to support people in their growth. My focus is on young professionals and new managers. I know how important it is to build a strong foundation: understanding yourself, clarifying expectations and determining your direction.
