Curiosity, an investigative mindset and an open outlook define me. I like to look at what is possible and I believe in opportunities. In my free time, I enjoy (coaching) walks and I swim regularly. Cooking, good food and a good glass of wine in good company make life even more beautiful for me. Italy has a special place in my heart, as one of my three children lives there. And my cheerful and headstrong labradoodle? She reflects my character perfectly!

My experience in coaching and training
I have many years of experience in the financial sector and IT, where I worked as a project and programme manager and as a people manager. In addition, I gained valuable experience at the University of Applied Science, in sectors such as Life Sciences & Chemistry, International Business, Marketing & Commerce and Nursing. This broad background has taught me to understand organisations as a whole: from processes to people, and how they can function optimally.
With a background in Business Economics and History, I further specialised in scenario analysis, risk management, positive psychology and systemic work. I am also a writer. My first book, Verborgen Verbanden, explores the underlying dynamics in organisations and personal leadership. At the beginning of 2025, my second book will be published, focusing on collaboration between generations in the workplace.
