Deepen your self-knowledge
You will learn how to shape your career so that it suits you perfectly. That means: knowing who you are to become who you want to be. You’ll follow a scientifically based training programme aimed at personal development, (personal) leadership and effectiveness. You’ll learn what makes you tick, what energises you, how to collaborate effectively and above all: how to excel as yourself.

Onze Professional Academy is bedoeld voor iedereen met 2 of meer jaar werkervaring die toe is aan de volgende carrièrestap, én in het komende jaar graag persoonlijke groei wil gaan realiseren.
Uitgangspunt is dat je over relevante werkervaring beschikt. Omdat wij samen met jou op zoek gaan naar jouw ideale plek in de IT, matchen wij jouw ervaring zorgvuldig met de opdrachtgever en de functie. Zo kom je altijd op de baan terecht die bij jouw wensen én kennis aansluit.

Wat leer ik in de Professional Academy?
Wij helpen jou met het vormen van je carrière zodat hij bij jou past. Dat betekent: weten wie je bent om te worden wat je wil. Je doorloopt een onderbouwd trainingsprogramma op het gebied van persoonlijke ontwikkeling en effectiviteit. Je leert hoe je in elkaar zit, waar je energie van krijgt, hoe je optimaal samenwerkt, en bovenal: hoe je uitblinkt als jezelf. En daar heb je je hele carrière baat bij.
Wat zijn mijn arbeidsvoorwaarden?
Je salaris komt te liggen tussen €3200 en €6000 bruto per maand afhankelijk van leeftijd en werkervaring.
Belangrijk om te vermelden is dat je precies hetzelfde salaris krijgt van ons als wanneer je rechtstreeks in dienst zou gaat bij de opdrachtgever.
Hier bovenop ontvang je een jaar lang onze Academy, geven we op basis van een assessment inzicht in je kwaliteiten en ontwikkelpunten en ontvang je carrière coaching van een persoonlijk coach die je toegewezen krijgt.
Naast je werk word je maximaal uitgedaagd in je persoonlijke ontwikkeling om écht die volgende stap te maken als professional.
Andere belangrijke zaken zoals je vakantiedagen, vervoer en pensioen horen hier uiteraard ook bij en komen in onze persoonlijke kennismaking uitgebreid aan bod.
Hoe zit het met mijn arbeidscontract?
Het eerste jaar, gedurende je Academy, kom je rechtstreeks op contract bij Formorrow. Na deze periode ga je rechtstreeks in dienst bij de opdrachtgever waar je via Formorrow aan het werk bent gegaan.
