Am I eligible to work through Formorrow?
Do you have an IT or STEM degree, or will you graduate soon? Or do you have relevant IT experience through other means? Then you’ll fit right in at Formorrow. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced veteran in the field, we help you find the job that suits you.
Our technical training courses can help fill any knowledge gaps, but we don’t offer full retraining courses. Some relevant IT experience is therefore important.
What does Formorrow's process look like?
We start with you. We don’t just look at what you are capable of, but focus on who you are and what drives you. Together we’ll discover your strengths and help you make your ambitions concrete. Our goal? To find a job that fits you like a glove.
We match you with a client that matches your personality and talents. Is the match mutual? Then you start your new job there.
During working hours, you follow the Formorrow Academy. In this two year programme you work on your soft skills, self-knowledge, and your vision of the future. A personal Career Coach helps you put those new insights to practice.

Can I apply for a job vacancy directly?
Thank you for your interest! You can apply to a job vacancy that speaks to you, but we always go through the steps assessment and matching steps of the Formorrow Method. Dusing matching we can see if the job vacancy matches your profile, but we might also suggest other jobs we think will suit you well.

Will I be employed at Formorrow or at your clients?
The first two years you are employed at Formorrow, but you’ll work at one of our clients through a secondment at future employer construction. During this period you’ll follow the Formorrow Academy parallel to your job, where you develop yourself both professionally and personally. After two years — if you’re both still happy with each other — you’ll be offered a contract of indefinite duration at the client you worked at.
Does it cost me anything to work with Formorrow?
No, orientating yourself on a job at Formorrow is completely free. You also don’t have to pay any fees when you start a job with us and start with the Formorrow Academy. There are no hidden costs!
Signing up for an intake is free of obligation, as are the discovery day and the interviews with clients. You can choose to bow out at any time.
